How can I change payment method on my account?

Remember to enter the number of your quote and the payment method you wish to use, choosing from: advance payment by bank transfer, online payment via PayPal or cash on delivery. The sales manager that will process your order will either confirm or refuse your request and give you feedback.

Are quotes binding?
No, quotes are never binding. Once you have concluded your quote, you can decide whether to proceed with your order, or you can leave it aside and create other quotes, changing the product or quantity, capacity, accessories, packaging and all the other variants offered by the Maikii catalogue. You can prepare all the quotes you want and decide whether to proceed with your order once you have found the solution that suits you best.
How many quotes can I save on my account?
There is no set limit, you can create all the quotes you want.
I started to configure a product but I have not finished it yet. Can I complete it later? Is there a time limit to complete a quote?
There are no time limits to complete a quote. If you do not want to lose what you have configured, but you need to leave the website, we advise you to finish the quote even if it is not complete, since it is not binding. You can go back to your profile page at any time, view the saved quotes and start to configure the models any time you want.
Can I change a quote I have already made? Or can I cancel it?
You cannot change or cancel a quote once it has been finished, but you can create a new one starting from the ones you have already saved.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment methods: advance payment by bank transfer, online payment via PayPal or – for shipments in Italy - payment on delivery by cash or check. Payment on delivery is not accepted for deliveries outside Italy. The bank details for the bank transfer will be provided by the sales manager of reference when you receive order confirmation.
Can I edit or cancel an order once it has been made?
After confirming your order, you will no longer be able to make changes to it from the website. If you need help, please contact our staff by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying your request and we will contact you as soon as possible.

What kind of files should I provide to customise the product with my logo?
To print a logo or design on a product you will need to send us a file in vector format, which, unlike other formats, always guarantees clear printing and high-quality results. Vector files are named .pdf, .eps and .ai.
What is a vector file?
Vector files are graphic images that can be used in any size and without any loss of quality or increase in weight. This is why they are ideal for printing logos or illustrations. You can recognise vector files because they are named .pdf, .eps and .ai. Company logos are usually created in vector format, since it is suitable for all uses. If you do not have a vector file, please contact our staff by e-mail at email@example.com for support.
I have uploaded the logo, what should I do now?
After uploading the logo, all you need to do is wait for us to send you the graphic design proofs. As soon as the proofs are ready, you will receive an e-mail to notify you of their arrival, and you will be able to view them directly on your profile page on the Maikii.com website. The average waiting time is of about 1-2 working days. If the proofs meet your expectations and you wish to confirm the order, you can do this directly online from your personal area. Otherwise, you can reject the proofs and add the reason in the appropriate notes field. Our staff will contact you to provide any support you may need. How to become a reseller
How can I become a reseller? What are the requirements?
The requirements to become a Maikii reseller are the following: long-standing and proven experience in the promotional item sector, experience in the USB flash drive sector, a geographic sales area that does not compete with our other resellers, and an annual minimum turnover of €5,000.00. To become a reseller, submit your request by filling out the form you can find on the website in the "Resellers" section. You must also send us your Chamber of Commerce company registration. Your request will be examined and you will receive an answer as soon as possible.
What advantages will I have if I become your reseller?
Maikii offers its resellers several exclusive advantages, the most important being: a dedicated price list, a preview of offers and promotions, technical support available at all times by phone and via e-mail, and a dedicated Maikii sales manager. In addition, Maikii takes care of all product customisation stages for you, preparing the print drafts with your customer's logo within 24 hours and without commitment. In your restricted access area on the maikii.com website, you can also create customised price lists for your customers on which you can add your logo, so that you can use all the necessary sales tools. You can also monitor the status of your order, see graphic print previews, manage confirmations, invoices and transport documents. In order to support you in the best possible way, Maikii also provides free samples of products to send to your customers for viewing. What is a USB OTG flash drive?
A USB flash drive with On-the-go (OTG) technology is equipped with a standard USB connector on one end, and a micro-USB connector on the other end. In this way, you can connect the USB flash drive directly to your smartphone or digital camera without using a cable, allowing you to read and transfer data quickly and immediately. By connecting the OTG flash drive to your smartphone, you will be able to view, for example, the files saved on the flash drive directly on your device, or transfer them from one memory to another according to your needs. What difference is there between a USB 2.0 and a USB 3.0?
The difference between 2.0 and 3.0 technology is the data transfer speed. What is a Power Bank?
A Power Bank is an external battery that can be recharged by means of a USB cable from a power source such as a laptop or a wall-mounted battery charger. Once recharged, the Power Bank is used to supply energy to any electronic device (smartphone, tablet, camera, video camera). The Power Bank is portable, universal and compact. It is therefore an extremely useful accessory and an ideal gadget to customise for promotions.
How can I choose the ideal power for a Power Bank?
To find the Power Bank that is most suited to your needs, we recommend choosing one with a capacity at least equal to, or greater than, that of the device to be recharged. For example, the battery of an iPhone 4 is 1420 mAh. A 2200mAh power bank enables you to recharge it completely about 1.5 times. The Ampere indicated in the USB port output of a Power Bank determine the speed with which the device will be recharged. In addition to selecting the right capacity, it is thus also important to choose a Power Bank with output current similar to the one indicated on the battery charger of your device. A smartphone is usually equipped with a battery charger that supplies current at approximately 1A. A tablet, instead, comes with a battery charger that supplies current at approximately 2A. Recharging a tablet with a 1A output Power Bank will require slightly longer charging times than with a 2A Power Bank. What is the Bluetooth tracker? How does it work?
A Bluetooth Tracker is a small locator that works thanks to an app that you can download onto your smartphone. Once your smartphone and Tracker are connected to each other via Bluetooth, the app allows you to view, on your smartphone, the location of the object to which the Tracker has been attached (e.g. keys). With the Tracker, you can also take pictures via remote control and make your smartphone ring to be able to locate it. Can I also print on the packaging and accessories?
Yes, all packaging can be customised with company logos and designs. The procedure for uploading print files and to confirm graphic design proofs is the same as the one we use for customising products.
How does data loading work?
With the data loading function, you can receive your USB flash drives already complete with files in them. You can avoid having to load the data onto the USB flash drives, since we will do it for you. This service is particularly useful if you need to distribute documents, catalogues, brochures, photos, videos, links, or any other digital content. How can I send my data to be inserted into USB flash drives for data loading?
To load data (erasable or non-erasable) onto your USB flash drives, send the files to our sales team specifying your order number. You can send them to the direct e-mail of your sales manager of reference or to email@example.com.
What is the difference between erasable data and non-erasable data?
By loading erasable data, any type of data or files can be put onto a flash drive, giving the user the option to erase them, so that space can be made in the memory to be used freely. By loading non-erasable data, instead, your files will be placed in a partition of the chip that is separated from the free memory, and you will not be able to erase the data, not even through formatting. When you insert your USB flash drive into your computer, two icons will appear: a read-only one and a removable mass storage one, which can be used freely. The pre-loaded data will occupy the available memory on the chip capacity you selected when ordering, so if you choose the "non-erasable" data service, remember that the free memory space will depend on the size of the file you want to pre-load.
What is icon customisation?
This service allows you to assign a customised icon to the peripheral device of the USB flash drive, which will be displayed instead of the standard icons, thus making it more easily recognisable for those who receive it. The required format is .ico, and we can help you create it if you do not have one available. This service is only compatible with the Windows operating system.

Prices and promotions
I noticed that the price lists this week are different from the ones provided last week, why is that?
The price of USB flash drives is reviewed and updated every week. In fact, the price varies according to the market price of the memory chip. The market considers chips to be a commodity, such as oil and precious metals and, as for other trade goods, prices fluctuate according to various factors. This influences, yet only slightly, the cost of USB flash drives and thus the price at which they are sold on the market. This is why we update the price of our flash drives weekly, and you may notice slight differences from one price list to another or from one quote to another. According to this principle, the other products in the catalogue are also subject to slight changes in price, but these are much more stable costs influenced mostly by the currency exchange.
